How much do you charge for shipping in the United States?

We primarily use USPS to ship orders which costs $4 or $8 depending on which shipping method you select. However, if you spend $75 or more, you will receive free shipping!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Orders to Canada can be shipped via USPS for $13.50. We also use DHL to ship other international orders which costs $30-$35. Once shipped, DHL international orders should be delivered within 5 business days. 

I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive it?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. United States orders take 2-3 business days for delivery when using USPS Priority Mail. Between processing and shipping, you can expect to receive your order in less than a week. However, in most cases, you will receive it in 2-4 business days.

*International orders take 5-10 days for delivery once processed and shipped.

Orders are hand-packed and shipped from Berwick, PA.

Return Questions

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received. We recommend shipping using USPS Priority Mail in the box you received your order in. Mail orders to the address below:

My order was incorrect, what should I do?

If your order is incorrect due to our error, we will happily accommodate you to make it right! Please email us or submit a request using the contact form.  If you need to return items, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to send your items back to us. We pride ourselves in customer service; we will make it our mission to take care of you the best we can!

Can I return items I purchase online in-store?

Yes! Online orders may be returned or exchanged at our Berwick, PA location. You may also return or exchange items online through nespolijewelers.com. 

Sales Tax Questions

Do you charge sales tax?

Our store is registered and located in Pennsylvania, so we only charge sales tax on orders that ship to a Pennsylvania address. Sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart provider based on recipient's zip code.

How do I buy an engagement ring from your store?

We specialize in custom engagement rings. If you are interested in purchasing a ring, learn more here

Do you offer financing on engagement rings and fine jewelry?

Yes! For most cases, interest-free financing is available for customers that are able to pay 50% of the cost and pay off the balance within 6 months. A payment must be made each month towards the balance. Email us or stop in at our Berwick, PA store for more financing options. We work with our customers to find an agreement that works for us all.
