Shipping/Shopping

I have a question about my order, who do I contact?

How much do you charge for shipping in the United States?

We primarily use USPS Priority Mail to ship orders which costs $6.50. However, if you spend $75 or more, you will receive free shipping!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We primarily use USPS Priority Mail to ship international orders which costs $25-$26.50. However, if you spend $250 or more, you will receive free shipping!

I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive it?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days. United States orders take 2-3 business days for delivery when using USPS Priority Mail. Between processing and shipping, you can expect to receive your order in a week. However, in most cases, you will receive it in 3-4 business days.

*International orders take 6-10 days for delivery once processed and shipped. 

Where are my orders coming from?

Our store is located in Berwick, Pennsylvania.

Do you sell gift cards online?

Yes! Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift cards can be redeemed online or in store!  Buy one here


Sales Tax

Do you charge sales tax?

Our store is registered and located in Pennsylvania, so we only charge sales tax on orders that ship to a Pennsylvania address. Sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart provider based on recipient's zip code. 

 

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received. We recommend shipping using USPS Priority Mail in the box you received your order in. Mail orders to the address below:

My order was incorrect, what should I do?

If your order is incorrect due to our error, we will happily accomodate you to make it right! Please email us or submit a request using the contact form.  If you need to return items, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to send your items back to us. We pride ourselves in customer service; we will make it our mission to take care of you the best we can!

Can I return items I purchase online at your store?

Yes! Online orders may be returned or exchanged at our Berwick, PA location. You may also return or exchange items online through nespolijewelers.com.
